Where we ship

We ship across India. International shipping is available on request — please email vaidesigns@fastmail.com with the destination country and the piece(s) you'd like, and we'll send a shipping quote based on the destination.

Shipping cost

Shipping within India is free. The price you see at checkout is what you pay — no surprises.

For international orders, shipping is quoted separately by email depending on the destination and weight, and is collected before dispatch.

Processing time

Most ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order pieces take longer; we'll share an estimated timeline when you order.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Other locations in India: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• International: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier or postal delays, which are outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number and courier details.

Customs and duties

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
