Are these original artworks or prints?
Each piece in the shop is a high-quality print of a hand-drawn original by Vaishnavi. The prints are made on archival paper so the colours stay true for years. Some pieces are then hand-finished, framed, or mounted before they ship.
How long does shipping take?
Most ready-to-ship items leave the studio within 2–4 business days. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days elsewhere in India. Custom and made-to-order pieces take longer — we'll share a timeline when you place your order. Full details are on the Shipping Policy page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within India is free — the price you see at checkout is what you pay. For international orders, shipping is quoted separately by email based on the destination and weight.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on request. Email us with the destination country and the piece you'd like, and we'll send a shipping quote. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient.
Can I commission a custom piece?
Absolutely — custom orders are some of our favourite work. Write to us with what you have in mind: occasion, theme, size, colours, deadline. We'll come back with a quote and a rough timeline.
Is the artwork framed?
Some pieces ship framed and some don't — the product page tells you which. If you'd like a different framing option for a piece that ships unframed, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
How do I care for my print?
Keep the artwork out of direct sunlight and away from humid spots like bathrooms. Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Framed pieces should be cleaned only on the glass, not the print itself.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund. See the Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Can I return a piece if I change my mind?
Because each piece is hand-finished in small batches, we generally don't accept change-of-mind returns. If you have second thoughts, email us — we'll do our best to help.
