Vaidesigns ("we", "us") is a small, family-run handmade decor business based in India. We respect your privacy and only collect the information we need to fulfil your order.

What we collect

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Shipping address (line 1, line 2, city, state, PIN code)
• Order details (items, quantities, total amount)
• Payment confirmation information from Razorpay (order ID and payment ID — we never see or store your card or UPI details)

How we use it

• To process and ship your order
• To contact you about shipping cost, delivery updates, or order issues
• To comply with tax and accounting requirements under Indian law

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share only what is necessary with:

• Razorpay — to process your payment
• Shipping partners (India Post, courier services) — to deliver your order
• Netlify — our hosting provider, which receives order notifications via form submission

Cookies and tracking

Our site does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The shopping cart uses your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to remember items between page loads. Razorpay's checkout may set its own cookies during payment.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for at least 7 years to meet accounting and tax-record requirements. You can request deletion of personal information not required for legal recordkeeping at any time.

Your rights
